What is this? Some groundnuts (peanuts) from India may have tiny amounts of mold poisons called aflatoxins. These can be harmful if eaten a lot.
What's happening? The Dutch food safety office found too much aflatoxin in some Indian groundnuts. These nuts were stopped at the border.

What should I do? Do not eat them. Return them to the shop or ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
