What is this? Cucumbers soaked in vinegar (acetic acid) from India have been checked. A small amount of a farming chemical called metalaxyl was found.
What's happening? Croatia stopped these cucumbers at the border because of the chemical. The risk is low, but they were not allowed into the country.
