What is this? Mustard oil is a cooking oil made from mustard seeds. Some mustard oils can have too much erucic acid, which may be harmful if eaten a lot.
What's happening? Some mustard oil sold in Spain was found to have too much erucic acid. It was also wrongly labeled as coming from India through Ireland.
