What is this? A tea product may have a small amount of a cleaning chemical called ethylene oxide. This is not supposed to be in food.
What's happening? Some camomile tea sold in France, Mauritius, and the UK has been found to contain ethylene oxide. The tea has been recalled.
Does this affect me? If you have bought camomile tea in these countries, you may have some at home.
What should I do? Stop using the tea and ask your pharmacist or doctor if you feel unwell.
