What is this? Some dairy products from Italy were sold with the name “Feta” even though they are not real Greek Feta cheese.
What's happening? Greece reported that these Italian-made cheeses used the protected name “Feta” when they should not have.
Does this affect me? If you bought cheese labeled “Feta” made in Italy and sent outside the EU, it may not be the real Greek product.
