What is this? Aflatoxins are harmful substances made by moulds. They can sometimes be found in dried fruits or nuts.
What's happening? Some dried fruit from Türkiye had too much aflatoxin. France stopped it at the border.
Does this affect me? Only if you bought dried fruit from Türkiye recently. Most safe food is already sold.
