What is this? Some rice from India has small amounts of two pesticides. One is called chlorpyriphos-ethyl. The other is called tricyclazole.
What's happening? The rice was sold in the Netherlands. It had too much of these pesticides. The government found this and told stores to take it off shelves.
Does this affect me? If you bought rice from India in the Netherlands, check if it is the rice that was recalled.
What should I do? Do not eat the rice. Ask your pharmacist or doctor if you feel sick.
