What is this? Aflatoxins are harmful substances made by moulds. They can sometimes be found in almond flour.
What's happening? Some almond flour from Spain has too much aflatoxin B1 and total aflatoxins. This is a serious risk.
Does this affect me? If you have almond flour from Spain, you may be affected. This notice covers Poland, Ireland, and the Netherlands.
What should I do? Do not eat the affected almond flour. Ask your pharmacist or doctor if you feel unwell after eating it.
