What is this? Some peanuts from Brazil may have small amounts of two farming chemicals called triclopyr and haloxyfop.
What's happening? The Dutch food safety office found these chemicals in a batch of peanuts. They say the levels are low and do not pose a health risk.
Does this affect me? Only people who recently bought peanuts from Brazil might have this batch. Most store-bought peanuts are safe.
What should I do? If you are worried, ask your doctor or pharmacist before eating the peanuts.
