What is this? Some palm oil from Senegal has tiny amounts of colours called Sudan 1, Sudan 3 and Sudan 4. These colours are not allowed in food.
What's happening? Italy stopped shipments of this palm oil because it has the wrong colours in it.
Does this affect me? Only if you bought palm oil from Senegal recently. Most people do not use this oil at home.
