What is this? Some dried waxberries from China may have a food additive called titanium dioxide (E171). This is not allowed in the EU.
What's happening? These berries were sold in many EU countries. They have been taken off store shelves.
Does this affect me? If you bought dried waxberries, check the package. If it says they are from China, do not eat them.
What should I do? Return the berries to the store. Ask your pharmacist or doctor if you feel unwell after eating them.
