What is this? These are LED light strips that plug straight into a wall socket. The plastic around the metal plug prongs can be too thin.
What's happening? If the plastic is too thin, you might touch the live metal prongs when you plug in or unplug the strip. This can give you an electric shock.
Does this affect me? Anyone using these LED strips in Germany could get a shock. The strips were made in China.
