What is this? This is a small plug adapter that lets you plug a USA-style plug into a European socket. It is made by the brand BLOW.

What's happening? The adapter is unsafe. Its plug holes are too small. A plug may not fit fully, leaving live metal parts uncovered. You could touch them and get an electric shock.

Does this affect me? If you have this adapter in Hungary, Latvia or Poland, stop using it now. It may be sold in shops or online.

What should I do? Take it to a shop or throw it away safely. Ask your electrician or a qualified person to check your sockets before using any adapter again.
