Hazard: The dimension of the openable Europe plug is significantly smaller than required. Single-pole or partial insertion of a plug into the adaptor is possible. If one of the pins is inserted in a socket, the user could touch the pins of the other plug. Furthermore, the product has a protection class II plug and therefore no earth connection. However, an appliance of protection class I (which should be earthed) may be connected to the device and would consequently not be earthed. The user could consequently receive an electric shock.

What is this? A small plug adapter made in China that does not meet EU safety rules. Its open slots are too small, so a plug can go in part-way and expose live metal.
What's happening? The adapter lets you touch live parts while plugging in or using an appliance. It also lacks an earth wire, so any Class I appliance plugged in will not be grounded.
