What is this? This is a batch of black rubber bands called Dynamic — Black. They may have too much of a harmful chemical called polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs).
What's happening? Some batches have PAHs above safe levels. PAHs can cause cancer if used for a long time.
Does this affect me? Only people in Italy who bought these bands need to check.
What should I do? Stop using them and ask your pharmacist or doctor if you are worried.
