What is this? This is a string of 100 LED lights made by GINMA. It is an electrical product that can be plugged in.

What's happening? The wires inside the lights are too thin. This can make the lights get too hot and start a fire. If the wires short-circuit, the metal parts may become uncovered and give an electric shock.
