If child puts it in the mouth or swallows it, the contact with saliva or stomach liquids will cause the figurine to expand, which can result in occlusion of the respiratory track or intestinal blockage.

What is this? A small toy shaped like an egg that opens to show a tiny turtle inside. When the turtle gets wet, it grows much bigger.
What's happening? The turtle can swell so much that it may block a child’s throat or stomach if swallowed.
