What is this? These are small, colorful balloons sold for children’s parties. They may release a chemical that can turn into something harmful if a child puts the balloon in their mouth.
What's happening? Tests show the balloons give off too much of this chemical. It could be dangerous if a child breathes it in, swallows it, or touches it for a long time.
