- The article has too many duds with and without fuse, users can ignite them causing injuries and/or burns. The product is not stable and may shoot in the wrong direction causing burns and injuries. In addition, the article has a too long fuse delay. This may cause the user to walk to the article too early with the danger that fireworks could hit the user, causing injuries and/or burns. Further, the fireworks may burst or release burning material outside the safety distance of 8 m or below a height of 3 m, which may result in the user being hit by the pyrotechnical effects and matter from the product. This can lead to injuries, burns and fire.
