What is this? A plug-in air cleaner sold under the brand WG. It uses heat and chemicals to kill germs in the air.
What's happening? Tests found too much lead in the metal parts and too much lead, a chemical called DBP, and another chemical called SCCPs in the power cord.
Does this affect me? Anyone using this device in Sweden or Hungary may be exposed to these harmful chemicals.
What should I do? Stop using it right away. Ask your pharmacist or doctor if you feel unwell. Return the product to where you bought it.
