What is this? Some teas from Turkey may contain two additives that are not allowed in the EU. One is a food colour called E 171. The other two are plants: Althea rosea and Myrtus communis.
What's happening? Croatia found these teas at the border and stopped them from entering the EU. The teas could be risky for people who drink them.
