What is this? Grapeseed oil is a cooking oil made from grape seeds. Plasticizers are chemicals sometimes found in plastic that can get into food by accident.
What's happening? Some bottles of grapeseed oil from Germany had a small amount of plasticizer in them. This was found and reported.
Does this affect me? If you bought grapeseed oil in Austria, check the bottle. Only some batches may be affected.
What should I do? Stop using the oil if you have it. Ask your pharmacist or doctor if you feel unwell after using it.
