What is this? A food notice says some wheat from the Czech Republic has too much DON. DON is a natural mold toxin that can make food unsafe.

What's happening? Germany found wheat with DON levels above the safe limit. The problem has been fixed, so new wheat should be safe.

What should I do? If you are worried, ask your doctor or pharmacist before eating the wheat. Do not eat moldy wheat.
